THe dvd is pretty cool.....but not what i expected

Yeah,, it seems to be a low budget movie, and I acually find hard to find a good flow in the movie, it kinda lags some times. Its far from a Mitsuru movie thats for sure.

Update

No crosstrainer tonight :hsughr:
I just came back home after a 45min fast walk with my father, much nicer then a crosstrainer I can tell you that :D The tempo was faster then on the machine so 300-400 kcals burned I would guess

I rotated my shoulders forward more then I normally do.
And I like the changes that made :keke:

My face is starting to look different also according to people I've meet :xyxthumbs:
I showed this pic to my father when he showed interest, we couldn't deside if thats my abs showing or if its fat :49:

Update

Just done with 45min cardio. I let my self to some cheats today.
I had some more milk then I should have, and I bought a candybar when I was shopping food earlier today.
So I did 30min cardio this morning and as I said 45min just now.

Ohh..just remembered...I haven't typed in my training this week:uhoh2:
I descided to go light this week using only dumbbells I have here at home.
I did 4 giantsets with all the exercises below. I didnt train my shoulder, I let my bad shoulder rest.

First rotation

Pushups wide grip

Thanks Rocky, In some weird way my pump in my arms and chest was far greater then the ones I get at the gym :dunnodude: Not that I complain, but its just strange that I get better pump doing pushups and dbcurls with a 6kg db then at the gym :D
