I did 30min cardio this morning. 412 kcal burned
Later this evening I'll do 30-45 min again :food-snacking:

impressive man !

:keke: Thanks man, that was the point, to train a little bit like milos.:) I actually like that kind of training, going quite fast between exercises with little rest, even though I try to rest when Im at the gym, its always way to little for me to recover fully for the next set, so I might just change my trainingstyle a bit to do more reps but still keep the weight as high as I can :coolguy:

What sort cardio did you do to burn 412 in 30 minutes? Thats an impressive amount of cals burned in 30 minutes. Good job.

On my crosstrainer.
I change the resistance or speed every 5min.
I did like this today.

Around 45-50rpm

0-5min = level 9
5-10min = level 12
10-5min = level 15
15-20min = level 15
20-25min = level 15
25-30min = level 12

My legs are burning after 10min

Crank that up to 70-90rpms.

Then I'll crush the machine :ughnoes:
And not even you would make it to 70rpm with that resistance

I really went for it today :D
