Haha, thank you Hypo :tiphat: Though I think theres some work left to do if I want Dorian lats :D. For some reason I only look thick when I do rearlatspread (Thats imo atleast) From the front theres much more work left on the lats. Thats the 7 shot I took to make it look good :dunnodude:

How much have you lost?

I'm 239.8-240lbs right now, before taking a dump. Not food yet either :tiphat:
So I've lost about 18lbs so far :)

Yeah I know Pain. But I carry ALOT of water
I did a bf test some time ago and it said 18% bf average..and I was mocked by Serb for example for just saying that. Im sure the most of these 18lbs are water. But I think theres a lot of fat gone also. I hope atleast :keke:.

I gained 5lbs over the weekend just because I ate carbs the whole saturday.

It starts to sound bad after a while on level 15 (max) though. :angrydude:

I have done like this yesterday and today:

1min : Level 13
1min : Level 14
20min : Level 15
1min : Level 14
2min : Level 15
1min : Level 14
4min : Level 15

And I kept the speed at 40-45rpm
Stretching my quads 2-3 min before and 5min after.
This as really intense for me, cause I can get a pump in my legs walking up and down twice on my 20 step stairs at home :49:

It felt really good doing back today, and when I was on my second rep on 180kg I racked the bar and loaded it up :hyperguy: I was a whisker away from a full rep at 250kg :hsughr: That almost made me puke though..after the "food" was in my stomach again I went over to the smith and did some sets of top deadlift. I finished the back of with some rows and some latpulldowns for the stretch :xyxthumbs:

The left shoulder didn't feel good today either...:disgust: I didn't feel anything while doing side latherals, But when doing shoulderpress I thought that I would start light and go up slow, but when doing only 30kg I felt a pop in my left shoulder and all power was gone..the same pop I heard and felt when I tore my rotator cuff, but no pain at all. I didn't tear anything cause then I wouldn't be able do move the arm. I have booked a visit at the local "clinic" or what its now called..They said over the phone that it didn't sound that bad but that I really should let them have a look at it.

I hope its nothing. The doctor said no more training this week before they know whats wrong:disgust:

Yeah the shoulder.....Im going to see the doctor tomorrow, Im very stiff around my left shoulder right now :(

I just came back from my test at the clinic...Its bad rotator cuff tendinitis :disgust::disgust:
