Sure did :tiphat:. I move around quick in the gym, this session took 65min..and 10min of those I talked to a friend from highschool I haven't seen for a year. I was done with my chest routine after 20min :49:

I dont feel anything bad at all in my shoulder..but Im sore as hell from those negative chins :keke: And in my legs for obvious reasons..:49:

Yes I did :keke: but normally I give a quick squeeze in my back and traps and lean just a bit backwards..I didn't manage to do that though..but I was fully erected so its a full rep IMO.

And no...I dont eat köttbullar :D not since my mother died anyway
Im 239,4lbs right now after the weekend...I eat normal with carbs on the weekend, about 100-200g carbs on sunday and just a cheat meal on sunday. I'll post some new pics during the week :xyxthumbs:

Nice going Dan. Deads are crazy! Last session looked huge too - loads done and some damn heavy lifts throughout!
