I know you are just kidding but as I said to h0ke
"The reason I do squat in a machine is because I have a bad knee (the right one) after a accident some year ago when I stepped into a big hole in the ground without seeing it, I fell over my knee and busted my kneecap and torn my LCL and MCL. I didn't walk without crutches for 9 months."
+ A torn left quad.....
I still limp sometimes because it hurt. Specially when its cold. I wouldn't call myself a pussy for doing squats in a machine. I would call myself a miracle because Im still squating with this weight
That is all in your head bro and nothing but excuses. Not trying to be rude, but athletes and people everyday injure themselves and after rehabilitation get right back on that horse. I blew my Miniscus in two spots and partially tore my ACL in my knee. I had the surgery, did rehab, started strengthening my leg using machines and running. Then I got under the bar and started squatting, there are no excuses except for just admitting that you do not want to squat with free weights. My knee hurts me when it is cold too, it aches, etc but that doesn't mean that I give in. I just wrap them, and I believe my knees are stronger than ever because of the resistance exercises and stabilization of free weight squats.
I know it is scary, but you just have to do it and stop worrying about what if you injure yourself. This is bodybuilding, and this is why most of the world does not understand why we do what we do. Injuries are over come and that should make you want to get even better than you were before.
