Starting of with bench today I thought "Damn this was heavy"....no wonder ....my training partner put two 5kg(22lbs) weights on the bar instead for two 2,5kg(11lbs). So every lift I did today was 5kg(22lbs) heavier then what I expected..Other from that, nothing new...I banged out a PB in reps on 160kg (352lbs) doing deads, and Im pleased with that
I might do legs tomorrow and record it.

Strong sessions Dan! Bench Press and Squats are very powerfull. Im never saw Squat Machine but in that clip it looks pretty good machine, strong squatting for sure. But why u didnt do normal squats?
What a wierd looking machine, good weight though. Try it ATG next time .
Good weight on the rest of the session too, especially the 300kg on the leg press.
