Im a poon? Its not normal with this kind off weather in sweden this early. The normal temprature is max 20 C. And 25 C in late July early august. And then I've NEVER liked warm weather. I takes me 2 sec after a shower to start sweating again...and it sucks to always stink and feel dirty. I like it when its 10-12 C...I can still use shorts and dont feel cold :wutyousay:

I just checked how big my arms are. When I was 260lbs they were 18 inches cold. Today they were 16.9 and post workout 17.3. So I have only lost about 1 inch on my arms, and Im about 30lbs lighter
