yeah ill be doing my top few poses at the end of my posing routine
rear db, rear lat spread, side chest, side tricep, and a kai green abs and thigh shot(how it twists half way on the side)

only 6 days to go now

Nice conditioning Dridderz, I think you'll do well.

A couple things. Do you keep your arms up in both double biceps since your biceps are smaller? Also, how you tried sitting back more on your side tricep more? Just let your chest hang there, unflexed. Finally, you're sitting down rather far on the side chest and side tricep, hopefully the judges have no problems with that. I know in Dave's show one judge specifically told not to do that, but the guy who said it is also a dumbass.

thanks mate, i hope i do well aswel.
i got no idea why i pose like that in my front double bi,
its the actaul lighting that makes my biceps look smaller then the correct size they are.

when i take new pictures during the week, ill try sitting back more in the side tricep to see how it looks.
yeah in some of the pictures i actually am sitting abit to far low on my side chest poses, ill try to lift myself up alittle bit to see how that also looks.

then ill compare them to each other aswel as the side tricep shot to see how they look
then ill go with whichever one looks better and feels better aswel
