Good arms and shoulders, everything is coming along to, you just need to tighten up a little in the hamstrings imo

Thanks danielle ambersn yeah i can feel my hamstring popping out when i flex it, but just doest wanna show up when taking pictures, must be like my quads in those last dying days or week, hopefully it will pop out.

Bro you look awesome, legs are coming in nicely. Might want to step up the morning cardio a bit for the next few weeks though to make sure you get rid of that little bit you have left. When you drop water those quads are gonna look sick!

Hey hypo, thanks man, yeah its been hard though dieting, up and downs, feelin depressed every now and then... and losing my mind lol such as
i was at the gym last week doing shoulder press, there was 45's infont of me and i go hmm maybe a little to heavy at the moment for 45's, i need 40's so i go looking around for some 40's at the dumbell racks and i pick up another pair of 45's and do a set of them and i didnt realise till after the set they weren't 40's,

Yeah i just took a look at some of the pictures
might of been how i striked the pose with the side tricep,
abit of carbing up should fix the fullness

some nice veins are coming along good in my midsection just afew more kg to drop and drying out, and should be able to see veins
