max, if you exist. dont do the show. and if you do at least dont hit the MM

secondly i read off another forum you only work your delts on one day of the week, on your volume day after chest and a second muscle group..that explains why your delts are lagging so hard. i personally dont know anyone who grows delts through volume.

i really hope you sharpen up the next few years, if you really want to "prove us", itll be then.
