Those arm sets with a partner using a towel are amazing, if you havent tried them I fully recommend them. When I was playing at Charleston Southern Univ, we had a strength coach that used them as part of the discipline work outs. It will give you so much of a pump that it literally hurts. Your arms will blow up, I have to do those sometime soon, this video reminded me how cool they are
