Shoulders today.

Seated side-laterals.

14 with 10kg
12 with 14kg
12 with 16kg
10 with 16kg

Seated shoulder-press in the smith (no backpad)

8 with 80kg
8 with 90kg

Standing one-armed lateral raise.

8 with 20kg
10 with 20kg

Lying cable-pulls.

8 with 20kg
12 with 25kg
9 with 35kg
10 with 25kg

Seated bent-over laterals.

10 with 10kg
12 with 14kg
12 with 14kg

It was a good session, not special or anything, but still good.

I will tell you my cardio session that I do everyday instead of writing it down each time.

Every morning I go for a 40 min walk before breakfast. After each training session I do atleast 20 mins of crosstrainer, stairmaster or treadmill. I also go for a 30-40 min walk when I get home from work.

Tomorrow is back, the all-time favourite!:xyxthumbs:

Back day.

Wide-grip pulldowns.

16 with 70kg
12 with 100kg
12 with 125kg
10 with 125kg

Deads. I tried sumo-stance today and I really liked it.

8 with 60kg
5 with 100kg
4 with 140kg
1 with 180kg

2 with 200kg
1 with 200kg
1 with 200kg
8 with 140kg

Really different feel, but I felt stronger doing deads this way. Give me a few more sessions to practice and I will break my pb.

Low-cable rows.

12 with 100kg
12 with 125kg
10 with 125kg
10 with 125kg

Im gonna do an arms and calfes session tomorrow.

Chest and abs:
Strong session. That Incline DB is HUGE, really great buddy!

Legs:
Solid session! Hack squats looks good.

Shoulders:
Huge weights in here too.

Back:
I really can see that u liked sumos :).

Update: I have gotten sick : ( Started saturday morning with fever and a very soar throat. Why is it that whenever your training is going perfectly fine, you get ill? Damn it.

Update.

Feeling alot better today. The last couple of days it has just been the throat thats been bothering me really, but now it has started to fade out. Im going to train today, dont know yet what im going to do, I might just do a circle training with a little bit of everything.

My shape and weight is unchanged (thank god), because I have still been eating my meals, but no cardio. My weight is 94.6 in the morning, so the diet hasnt been fucked up. Gonna start the cardio as soon as i am fully recovered.
