Deads.
15 with 70kg
10 with 120kg
4 with 170kg
4 with 170kg
2 with 190kg
4 with 190kg (took a bit longer rest here)
2 with 200kg
2 with 200kg
Ez-bar rows. First time I did this one, so I had trouble finding a suitable weight.
8 with 50kg
10 with 70kg
10 with 90kg
8 with 110kg

Felt real good, the one thing that was bad was that my lower back was kind of sore from the deads.
Dumbbell rows.
7 with 73kg
10 with 62kg
8 with 62kg
Dumbbell rows on an incline bench, with one dumbbell in each hand (yea, like thas the proper name for it)
12 with 31kg
9 with 31kg
Good session today, as back always is a good session. I dont seem to lose much strength here which Im happy for.
