Did calves and delts today.

Standing calf-raise.

15 with 100kg
15 with 120kg
12 with 180kg
10 with 200kg
10 with 250kg
8 with 250kg
6 with 250kg (plus painfully slow negatives)

Seated calf-extension.

20 with 60kg
20 with 60kg
20 with 60kg

This burned like a mother******! :)

Seated barbell-press (smith-machine)

10 with 60kg
10 with 80kg
8 with 110kg
It didnt feel that good, so I did the rest of the sets behind the neck instead.
7 with 70kg
6 with 70kg

Upright rows.

12 with 40kg
10 with 60kg
10 with 60kg
9 with 60kg

Lateral raises

12 with 11kg
12 with 11kg
10 with 11kg
10 with 11kg

Low weight on this, but I have really found out how to work the outer delt, so it feels extremely good.

Reversed pec-deck.

12 with 50kg
10 with 70kg
8 with 90kg
8 with 80kg, drop, 5 with 50kg

I strained my left tricep doing this last exercise :) Nothing serious I hope.

My weight is now around 90kg, and I´m gonna slowly climb upwards.

The t-bar is one of these (see pic). When I do them with just the bar in a corner I go heavier, as I can get more momentum.

Strong MOFO! Great weights, man. That T-bar bow machine is a real killer, hits the back were it hurts. Keep those numbers up!

You do multiple reps of what I hope is going to be my new PB 1rm on deads. This makes me sad.

Chest and abs today, after quite a rough weekend. It was a lot of fun though, so it was well worth it : )

Flat bench.

12 with 60kg
10 with 100kg
6 with 120kg
6 with 140kg
4 with 150kg
4 with 140kg, drop, 12 with 100kg

I can feel my strength coming back with the extra calories Im eating.

Incline bench (smith)

8 with 100kg
8 with 120kg (2 forced)
4 with 120kg

Flat bench flyes.

12 with 21kg
7 with 32kg
5 with 32kg

Pullovers.

10 with 40kg
8 with 40kg

For abs I did weighted crunches 4 sets with side twisting and leg raises. It was a good workout and I felt strong.
