ur benching never seize to amaze me:) both incline and flat bench is strong as hell. impressive high rep incline flyes in the end as well=)

What training principle do you follow Mike?

I cant say I follow any principle at all. I have always trained by how I feel, and what I feel like doing. If anything I tend to do heavy sets on basic exercises : )

Laterals.

I actually did some arms today. I hate doing arms, especially biceps, and they grow if i even look at a dumbbell. I decided to give it a go anyway.

One armed pushdowns.

A lot with 15kg
12 with 40kg
12 with 40kg

Close-grip bench.

8 with 60kg
8 with 100kg
6 with 120kg
4+1 forced with 140kg (pb)

One armed DB extensions.

10 with 21kg
8 with 26kg

Didnt do anymore here, cause my right tricep was acting weird.

Ez-curl.

12 with 30kg
10 with 50kg
10 with 50kg

Hammercurl.

8 with 30kg
8 with 30kg

Regular db curl.

6 with 30kg

Good session, but no more arms for a long time.

good to stop... since im taking the Gakic, my muscles actually sometimes don't burn or can be overloaded to the max I experiemented with this last week upon completing 32 sets of bicep work and learned to realize when it's time to stop training the muscle lol. so kuda for recognizing and stopping your self.

Great arm workout btw.

Here i see the difference between you and me.My CG bench is close to same as regular(145kg*3/155kg*5) ,but you have 40kg difference.Good job still and congrats getting that PB.Curls looking very strong also.

Lion: Yea, my regular bench is a lot stronger, but I hold very close when I do cg bench, so I lose a few kg´s from that : )

Veggie: Gracias senor!

My number one aim is still to improve my back a lot, and Im focusing on that. My weight now is 96kg. I have not gained a whole lot of fat since I stopped dieting, and Im gonna try keep the weight under 100kg (for cosmetic reasons:greddy:)

Thats the way mike.Ive seen guys doing so called "CG presses" and their grip widht appears to be anything but close.

Back thickness today, my favorite.

Deads.

Started with some easy squat warmup sets, to get the blood flowing good in my legs. I usually do this for deads, as I think its a better exercise for warmup then to actually do easier sets of deads : ) Then I went straight in there.

4 with 120kg
4 with 120kg
3 with 170kg
3 with 170kg
1 with 200kg (these were all done in sumo-stance, the two last sets I used normal stance)
3 with 210kg
2 with 220kg (pb)

Db rows.

12 with 73kg
10 with 62kg
10 with 62kg

Low cable rows with a bar.

15 with 60kg
15 with 80kg
12 with 100kg

Good workout today, the deads felt awesome. I hope I can get the same feeling on sunday, if so, then 190kg is going up in the bench.
