Did a chest session today. My routine is messed up atm, but its gonna get better next week when I can jump back on the one I had before the illness.

Flat bench.

12 with 60kg
10 with 80kg
6 with 100kg

2 with 140kg
1 with 160kg
2 with 170kg
8 with 140kg

Incline db press (waiting for the incline bench)

8 with 62kg

Incline bench.

8 with 110kg
5 with 130kg

Incline flyes.

3x10 with 32kg

Still feeling ill. During the sessions its alright, but afterwards i get much more tired, and it takes longer to recover. Gonna take it easy for a few days to try ride it out.

Anyways, it was another back session today, this time thick thick thick back.

Deads.

6 with 70kg
5 with 120kg
5 with 120kg
3 with 170kg
3 with 170kg
2 with 200kg
3 with 210kg
2 with 210kg

Dumbbell rows.

14 with 73kg (I just kept going)
10 with 73kg

Row machine, one-armed.

12 with unknown weight

After this I was beat, as I had been swimming today as well. Gonna be good with a nice weekend to relax a bit and start hitting the weights again on Sunday or Monday.

Whoa! Today was a good day. I finally feel 100% recovered, and my efforts in the gym tells me I was right.

Benchpress.

12 with 60kg
14 with 100kg
6 with 140kg
4 with 170kg
2+1 forced with 180kg PB!!!!!
5 with 140kg

Incline db-press.

9 with 62kg
5 with 62kg
10 with 42kg

I did 3 sets each for bi´s and tri´s aswell.

I did back width and some shoulders yesterday (damn its alot of back and chest in this log the last few days : )

Chins.

10 with 50kg

Narrow grip pulldowns.

12 with 100kg

Lateral raises.
