Todays chest workout.

Flat bb bench.

15 with 60kg
8 with 80kg
8 with 100kg
4 with 140kg
5 with 150kg
5 with 150kg

Damn that felt good. Never been able to keep so stable on 150kg before. It felt almost too easy :/

Incline bench.

12 with 80kg
10 with 100kg
5 (and 3 forced) with 110kg

Incline flyes.

12 with 21kg
10 with 32kg
8 with 39kg

did one set on a flat bench as well.

7 with 39kg

Incredible session. Most of the time when I feel less motivation I am strong as hell, and times when I feel strong I cant lift shit...:angrydude: Anyways, it turned out good today. Tomorrow Im gonna trim the (lack of) width on my back, and some tri´s.

Hopefully the movie will be up tomorrow or tuesday. He keeps forgetting :(

Back today instead of yesterday, as I went for a run instead.

Cg pulldowns.

15 with 60kg
12 with 80kg
10 with 100kg
8 with 115kg

One-armed lat pulldowns (machine)

10 with 35kg
10 with 45kg
7 with 60kg, drop, 4 with 40kg

Rope pullovers.

3 sets of squeezing and contracting awesomeness.

One-armed DB over head extensions.

A lot with 11kg
10 with 21kg
11 +2 forced with 29kg

Rope extensions.

10 with 50kg
8 with 75kg
8 with 75kg, drop, 5 with 40kg

That was it. Felt very good. Lats getting stronger, and that with much improved form on all exercises.

first off, awesome sessions. You're an animal with the weights bro. I got two questions for you. For your lat pulldowns do you do underhand or overhand? I feel like underhand has been giving me a great range of motion lately. And with your incline presses on your chest workout, how much on an incline do you use? Is it closer to an upright position, or a flat position, or somewhere close to the middle?

I mostly use an underhand grip for lat pulldowns. Sometimes I may use an overhand grip, but then I hold the hands much more apart.

I try to use a 30 degree incline, as any higher (like the normal 45) mainly hits my front delt.

Reversed pec-deck, one-armed.

Bent-over laterals.

10 with 19kg
9 with 19kg, rest 5 secs, 2 more reps.
