Chest today.

Flat bench.

15 with 60kg
10 with 100kg
5 with 120kg
5 with 150kg
3 with 150kg
5 with 140kg

Incline bench. True blood and guts style here, imagining my chest being a spring getting tighter and tighter :D

12 with 70kg
10 with 90kg
8 with 110kg

Incline flyes.

12 with 21kg
10 with 26kg
10 with 34kg

Machine press.

12 with the stack
8 with the stack

I also did 3 sets for rear delts and 4 sets of crunches for my little abs.

Back width and tri´s today (morning session)

WG pulldowns (to the lower part of my chest, static hold and then slowly releaseing to the starting position)

12 with 60kg
12 with 70kg
10 with 80kg
8 with 90kg ,drop, 6 with 60kg

One-armed lat pulldowns.

12 with 35kg
10 with 45kg
6 whole and 3 partial reps with 50kg

Db pullovers.

10 with 46kg
10 with 46kg

Rope extensions.

12 with 50kg
10 with 60kg
7 with 75kg

CG bench.

12 with 80kg
8 with 100kg
5 with 120kg

I really feel the more contact oriented training is gonna improve my back. I get twice the pump and I really feel the lats working when I do the movements. Great stuff. Triceps felt good as always.

They feel really great. I have a much easier time focusing on one side at a time, especially when doing back.

Long time ago since I last did this one. It felt really hardcore, so therefore it must be good right? :D

Rear laterals (on an incline bench)

15 with 11kg
12 with 16kg
10 with 21kg

Reversed pec-deck.

12 with 70kg
12 with 70kg
10 with 80kg, pause 10 secs, another 5

Lateral raises in a machine.

12 with 35kg
10 with 40kg
7 with 45kg, pasue, another 1

The movie of my dumbbell rows are still not uploaded on youtube. Im nagging my gym-owner everyday almost, but he keeps forgetting :( I took a new pic today as well. Lets see how many months it takes for him to send it to me so I can post it.

Did another session down at the gym where I work.

Barbell rows.

15 with 50kg
12 with 90kg
10 with 110kg
5 with 130kg

90 degree T-bars.

10 with 50kg
10 with 70kg
8 with 80kg

I then did some improvised cable stuff, as I ran out of both inspiration and weights. I will never train in this gym again, it really sucks.:carduindisguise
