?? with 60kg
?? with 100kg
4 with 140kg
3 with 170kg (Yaay!)
1 forced on 180kg(so close, next time), drop, 5 with 140kg, drop, 8 with 100kg
Incline DB press.
8 with 32kg
8 with 62kg
5 with 62kg
Cable-cross
3 sets with increased weights every set. Did about 12-15 reps.
Standing cable pulls for the rear delts finished off this session. Felt good.
