The 2010 Olympia Weekend, the premier event in the bodybuilding and fitness world, will be here before you know it. Prior to the biggest stars of the sport taking center stage on September 22-26 in Las Vegas, Nevada, we wanted to start the ball rolling with an incredible four-part video series the likes of which you won't see anywhere else!

Last year, 36 hours after the 2009 Mr. Olympia, we got 12 of the best bodybuilders on the planet - all Weider athletes at the time ? including half of the O's top ten, together at one of Las Vegas' most hardcore gyms, Gold's Flamingo, for an all-day photo shoot highlighted by a special appearance from the living legend himself, Joe Weider. Grab a front row seat and see what it was like when reigning Mr. O Jay Cutler, '08 Mr. O Dexter Jackson, Phil Heath, Toney Freeman, Silvio Samuel, Dennis James, Melvin Anthony, Flex Lewis and others came together for this history-making event.

I don't think that the grey plates are fake, but I think that the white and the black plates looks like technique bumperplates. My guess is that the total bar weight = 235 kg.

That's what I thought too. The whites are 5kg and the blacks are 2.5kg I think.
