Yes they were a bit heavy.

Today we did some legs. I didn't feel like doing 20 reps today, so I did 120 kilos for 2 sets of 10 reps. Next time, 20 reps baby.

Had a week off but now I'm back in the gym. Yesterday it was upperbody workout and today we did some legs. Nothing that special but let's keep on pushing!

Happy holidays!

I have been training but I just haven't kept you guys updated (what a surprise). My weight is currently something like 112 kilos and my diet begins 1.1.2010.

Yesterday I did my new bench press record. I did 2 reps with 170 kilos. The whole bench workout went like this:

warmups
2x140
2x150
2x160
2x170

After this we did some back and arms.

Yesterday I did my personal record in the leg press (I know that the difference between leg presses are huge and the results cannot be compared) 6x410 kg. But anyway, with this leg press, this is my record for now.

Kilos are kilos and pounds are pounds but as we know, there are so many different variables in leg presses so you just really can't compare. With leg press A you might be able to use weight up to 600 kilos or so, but with leg press B you can only use something like 300 kilos...

Anyway, that's wazzup.

Shit, nigster, 170 kilos?

Damn, how much do you weigh? I can't even squat that yet.

Yes, for two reps.

What does my weight has to do with my bench press? Anyway, currently about 112 kilos. I'm gonna start my diet in the beginning of 2010. I have not set any goals yet, but to lose fat.

I can't even squat that yet.
Propably me neither, because of my back. But I'm working on it, but I got to be very careful.

Bodyweight has quite a well know carry-over for the benchpress so it is often taken into consideration. Still, 2x170kg@112gk ain't nothing to be laughed at. Good work. :borat:

Yes it is, but not that much when you have long arms like me. Anyway, that's what I did and you are allowed to laugh if you like to. :)

I did some squatting yesterday and it went something like this:

3x90
3x110
3x120
3x130
3x140 kg

Getting used to it so that's why I didn't go any further. But now squatting feels better than ever and that's a good thing of course (I have issues with my back). Of course I did more for legs but that was the main thing.

Yeah man, I'm on my way.

Yesterday it was a leg day. We did squat again:

5x90
5x110
5x120
5x140
8x130 kg

Slow 'n' steady!

(Of course I train more often (4-5 times a week) but I'm too lazy to log everything up for you guys). :D

Good weight for reps!
Thx, it's ok I guess. But it's kinda lame that I bench more than squat lol. But that's the way it is, I just gotta be careful with my back. But squatting feels good now and there's more to come. I could do even more at the moment but why risk anything? I'm not in a hurry. :)

Little update for u guys.

Yesterday one of the exercises was hack squat (machine) and I managed to do my personal best set (even though I'm on a pretty strict diet at the moment and carbs have been cut pretty low). 180 kilos for 5 reps.

Here's one shot of that set. The depth should be ok.
