Yes it is, but not that much when you have long arms like me. Anyway, that's what I did and you are allowed to laugh if you like to.Bodyweight has quite a well know carry-over for the benchpress so it is often taken into consideration. Still, 2x170kg@112gk ain't nothing to be laughed at. Good work.
Thx, it's ok I guess. But it's kinda lame that I bench more than squat lol. But that's the way it is, I just gotta be careful with my back. But squatting feels good now and there's more to come. I could do even more at the moment but why risk anything? I'm not in a hurry.Good weight for reps!
