Oh, I know what you mean. I won't have my main responsibility being taking calls. Luckily we have a call center to take care of most of it. I will be primary in charge of HVAC, Generators, and the whole power grid. Should be interesting since I know little to nothing. My buddies are in charge of most of the place and are going to show me the ropes.
