DB Flat Press warmup 70x12, 80x12, working 100x12, 110x10, 120x7 drop set 80x4 crazy pump already...
Incline BB Press 135x12, 185x10, 185x8 Drop 135x4
Pec Dec 185x12, 200x10, 215x8
Incline Flyes 65x12, 70x10, 70x9 this was weak but my chest was so pumped the weight didnt matter, i could barely squeeze my pecs :ughnoes:
Dips BWxfailure
Low Cable Cross 55x10, 60x10, 60x8

Seated Calf 135x12x2, 225x12, 225x10
Leg Press Calf 6platesx12x2
Standing Calf #15x12, #16x10x2

Overall was a good workout...my Incline BB presses were way down. I'm use to pushing 250 there for 5-6 reps but at a slower pace, the 60 second rest with the high reps takes its toll.

Its not even that im that tired...my muscles just get so full/pumped i cant lift shit for weight after a few exercises :( But I will adjust just takes some time

welcome back to the world of pain:D high volume rocks imo, and its good changing things up if u have dont HIT for awhile, ur joints probably needs to recover, so change is good. session looks solid as hell, great leg pressing, and the squats are damn awesome considering u did extensions and leg presses first:D how is the legs coming along as far as hypertrophy goes? have u managed to bring them up, i remember u mentioned them as a weakpoint...

Ya there coming along...slowly but surely. I hope this shocks them into some new growth:tiphat:

Ya the first few are ez....then the legs almost got numb and so pumped it was retarded. I usually do my FS7 on leg ext but i gotta say hacks destroyed em. The weight doesn't matter
