welcome back to the world of pain high volume rocks imo, and its good changing things up if u have dont HIT for awhile, ur joints probably needs to recover, so change is good. session looks solid as hell, great leg pressing, and the squats are damn awesome considering u did extensions and leg presses first how is the legs coming along as far as hypertrophy goes? have u managed to bring them up, i remember u mentioned them as a weakpoint...
