^^ Prone scarecrow is laying down version of this:

And the NY crowds are usually isolated to machines and cardio equipment. If someone is curling in the squat rack I have been heard to say "you can do that anywhere, can you move so I can squat please?". And I've often disuaded people from continuing to use something by working in with them. When you start getting them to pile on more weight they dread having to do that every set.

Are the scarecrows only for shoulder rehab? They don't look to bad. Not bad advice for the NY crowds, a perfectly placed silent fart can do the job to though.

Chesti: prehab, rehab, general balancing exercise. Scarecrows are all good. Lets face it, name one guy that has been training seriously for more than a couple of years that hasn't experienced shoulder pain. So pretty much we should be doing more of this sort of stuff.

Samoan: I'm just glad I haven't had to miss a week because of the heat :shakefist:

Achilles: Thanks for dropping by!

Set a 10kg PB on the old style hack squat last night. Although considering this only the second time I've done them it isn't really surprising. Also have a video of it that I'll hopefully upload later today or tomorrow. Form was only ok, I seem to slightly round my back, barely noticable though.

^^ I'll post my video and you'll see that you kinda have to lock your legs and hips as one motion. I find it hard to do myself. But as long as you are keeping your weight on your heels and back flat it seems to be about straightening the legs and the hips simultaniously.

Samoan: thanks big fella.

ElFreako: no youtube takes down the nude vids. :angrydude:

Tried to upload the vid and it doesn't like the work connection for some reason. It will have to be this weekend. In which case I'll add in the DB rows for Lionheart after my next session.

^^ Ok Marko, just for you.

Includes this evenings workout exercises. And as I said previously not particularly happy with the hack squat form, could be better.

Thanks Jono!

Shoulder hasn't played up since I gave it a rest over Xmas. But we'll see once I get back to 1.5xBW on the bench. And the home gym works well, but I need a step to train calves on properly and to do step-ups (currently use the bench) and wouldn't mind a glute ham raise. :headbang:
