Nope, that's a real pic.

1. His kidneys failed
2. He has been off steroids for loooong time
3. No training at all.

That's it. He's a normal looking man these days. His best years were somewhere around 2000-2001.

Are you for real; r u sure this is not photoshopped or something? :dunnodude: I have seen many people look quite bad when completely off of steroids but this is just a new low... because I have always been a very big fan of Tom's.... :(

i don't get how these guys just stop training. i mean totally just stop. personal issues/family aside, if you have none of that going on and go this route to me it speaks volumes about the actual love you had for the sport.

i love the guys who say, i may be retired, but i'll always be a bodybuilder. tom, mustafa mohammed, and federov among others clearly never had that kind of passion.

^ I agree. If your going to do the things that it takes to be a pro I would assume you do them because you want to be the best you can be in a sport you love.... I could never see myself giving up training even if I were a pro who retired. Lifting is something that will be with me forever. Working out is just that. WORK. But you do it because you love it. Fuck I dont know. Maybe thats just me but on the other hand who knows what Tom is dealing with in his personal life.
