I'm going for a more HIT routine for the next few weeks just to switch it up. Lower my reps and bump the weight up some more. Hopefully with the right diet and supplements I can get stronger and maybe even a little more lean...I hope I can accomplish that goal.

Standing machine calf raises and seated calf raises, 15 rep max first set, 10 rep max last 4 sets of each exercise. No cardio on account that I was planning on going out with this girl so I hurried out.
