I will try and get some one of these days. I kinda don't want to because I'm bulking but do because I am a little bigger than the beginning of this year which is what I wanted.

I did say I wanted my legs to grow but I'm trying to be careful to not over-volumize (yeah I made that fucking word up) my leg workouts.

Yesterday was back. My forearms were sore from yesterdays deadlift session so I used straps only on my heavier sets. I wouldn't have been able to do them without the straps.
