Sure he's going to drop some fullness by cutting some water, but striations were popping in places they never did for David. But, he weighed 189 in those 3 day out pictures full of sodium/water, while weighing 190 on stage.

Thats the thing, there needs to be a balance between dryness and fullness. Some guys (mostly naturals who think they need to drop as much lbs of water as possible) overdo it, depleting way too much, then dropping the water too much.

lighting is obviously awful in these pics, but i think that judging that his weight is basically the same shows he nailed it as far as dropping water/filling up.

Losing a bit of water does make a massive difference as far as striations. Those can be difficult to see in pics, but it's noticeable for the judges who are right up front.

it's pretty presumptious to say there were juicers on stage (this was a natural show correct?). i'd be willing to bet they were saying the same thing about dave. just saying people always presume and that's not always the case. how do you know those other guys just don't have great genes too?
