UFC and One Championship trading of fighters

It's not only in the basketball league that players are traded but also in mixed martial arts but this is trading by the leagues. One Championship is trading welterweight Ben Askren for UFC's former flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson who was dethroned a few months ago by Henry Cejudo via split decision. Both fighters have ended their contract with their respective league and are willing to sign up to the new league for a change. It will be noted that former UFC lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez is now with One Championship.
