This is a great thread to weed out those who don't catch on to things easily

Tim, your form was almost perfect. You should bend your knees in a little (a lot) in my opinion.

Ahhh the clamping approach. :thumbsup2:

I've been working on that in order to get a bit more leg drive, but don't use it at my top sets yet. Soon though :borat:

Only a couple of form comments:

1) You're not wearing sheer underwear.

2) Thongs or g-strings are far better for squatting.

3) Your knees are rotating inwards you may want to fix that.
