Federal used to be jacked as shit but then must have had to come off AAS for a while. I met him in 2009 and he was just starting to slim down, if you will, but he really fizzled away after that apparently. He came back last year and did look good at a show or two.

I thought it would be a great idea to put all the virtual posedown pics in a single thread from now on. Add them here! Some of you may recall the Muscle Kombat forum we used to have. Well now we have this thread instead.

I prefer when 2012 form. Today kai is huge, but he should be more dry. I liked first time he worked with George Farah, and kai won nwe york pro 2011.
