So is magnesium banned on golds gyms?

How do you know if his doing or not!?I think to main focus is trying to bring up weak bodyparts using FST-7.

Because of the stretching after sets.

What i said was that Jay would probably use FST technique for weaker bodyparts(legs?) and occasionally others(chest?) as well.
