I had a nice 2 hour phone call with my younger brother. It was really good to hear his voice and we always pump each other up with motivation and compliments. He's always there for me and I'd do anything for him.

I hadn't talked to my brother in 3 months, not on purpose or because of anything bad. We were both busy and just kinda forgot. So it was extra special to have a nice long chat. Made me really happy.

Down south this cold weather been rough. Its 80° then 30° all in a week sometimes 2x.
This week its been cold today we will be at high of 55° then low of 40, Thursday and into the night 63° high and 23° the low and down to 19° around 7am friday morning.
Humidity is very high so its a wet cold with wind chill 20° lower.
Anyway this has slowed down me and consistency this week.
We are off with pay Friday and Monday and same for New Years weekend.
I will take advantage of those days off and get back rhythm.

But these days brother I only do circuits of high intensity i combine muscle groups like large group snd small group so I dont rest and have no need for cardio staying at anaerobic threshold.

I will make a thread and post my workouts watch for it, i have had best results with this style workouts and mine are unconventional in what i combine but there is reason because combining hits indirectly and if I dont use push on my combos they will be too blasted.

At 5'8" i stay around 185lbs to 205lbs with body fat approximately 8% but never more than 9%

SO MM, WHAT MADE ME HAPPY TODAY WAS YOUR GENEROSITY AND IN THIS THREAD IN 2017 THERE IS A POST YOU MADE MM, ITS ABOUT ME BEING IN A MUCH BETTER PLACE THAN HELL HOLE I WAS.
GUYS THOSE WHO KEPT UP DURING TRANSFORMATION CONTEST KNOW I WAS IN A BAD RELATIONSHIP AND I LOST MY TEMPER WITH SOME FOLKS.
TODAY I HAVE A NEW HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP AND ME AND MY WIFE APPRECIATE EACH OTHER.
NOTHING IS SPECIAL ESPECIALLY A RELATIONSHIP IF WE DONT TAKE THE BEST OF CARE OF IT.
SO TO EVERYONE LETS TAKE CARE OF WHAT IS SPECIAL FOR US OR TO US, LETS BE ON SAME PAGE AS OUR PARNER.

Hard here in the north east too man. Today at 5 am it was 19 outside. I usually walk/jog at 5 am but I said hell no. I walked/jogged at night tonight and it was 37, not so bad.

No worries man. We have all been through crap like that. I am divorced and have been married to a great woman for the past 7 years. Best woman I have ever met. Sometimes you gotta go through the crap to get to the good stuff in life I guess.

So glad you are here. We have lost a few good people over the years, some have died and some have just disappeared. Glad there are still good guys left in here.

I’ll take your 30 and 19 degrees. Right now we are sitting at -4 with a wind chill of -29. At some point in there it is so cold that it doesn’t matter if it drops anymore.
