Additionally, ensuring adequate recovery time and quality nutrition is crucial for muscle growth. Sometimes deloading for a week to allow my body to fully recover can also break through plateaus. Consistency in training, along with these strategies, helps me push past sticking points and achieve continuous gains in muscle strength and size.
