Hello there, folks. I've begun working out on my own. I purchased weights and established a workout program. I'm curious if any of you have any recommendations for the finest vitamins to include in my diet. I'm looking forward to hearing from every one of you and getting started. Thanks!

Vitamins? You really need protein first and foremost.

There's plenty of info on this site about diet and nutrition.

Literally exercise weights, get sleep, eat protein. Everything else is nonsense unless you're injecting it

If you are a beginner would advise you to add lots of fresh fruits to your diet. It's best to take BCCA as a pre-workout and Intra workout drink and a quality Whey Protein drink after a workout. This would keep you energized during work and would help you to recover better after a workout.
