North Dallas, I was just in Tucson at the end of last month for a big horse show.. I do use it for bodybuilding, it works great for adding mass.

Oh, I am from North Richland Hills/Hurst area. So I was just wondering. But physiologically... I dont see how full body could possibly be good for adding mass. Staying in shape, yes, but are you new at weight training? I would say start that when you are a beginner but, to maximize muscle stimulation/hypertrophy and recovery though... definitely not. How long have you been doing this? But then again, everyone is different. If its working then keep it up.
