perhaps what i'm about to say has some personal bias in it since i want the team to succede, but yes i believe they will. i really think the injury will be a non factor with brady and he will be up and running at normal speed about 3 games into the season. moss will probably be a little revved up and motivated (something that's very important for him, he's not one of those self motivated guys he needs prodding). with guys like welker and gaffney always being reliable on top of solid RB play from maroney and faulk, i think they'll be close to their 2007 form. not to mention, if Brady does get hurt again, we do have a very reliable solid back up in cassel (i'm very glad he chose to stay).
