My deadlift technique is not really going well. It's been alot better since i started to do as i was told and work at it But as soon as it's getting hard, i'm doing the crane - Which aint good. So that's why i did some heavy and went down abit in kg
technique > Kilo's
If anybody knows a trick or can tell me how you stopped doing "the crane" then please tell me your stories and come with advice
