^^ Sounds like a plan. Just remember though that sometimes regardless of any lifting things you will just have no energy. As you get older and have more responsibilities this will become more pronounced.

I had a question about your front squats: why do you start off with crossed arms and then move to clean grip? Better to use the clean grip all the time IMO.

My partner said i should try cross grip - I didn't like it, so i went back to WL grip. Which will be used from now on.

ANd yes i just think i'm burned out, deload will do me good.

Yep, deload will be fine. Then i have time to figure out if i want to do my 2 blocks or go for some ABC.

The last two days have been good to me, i slept 18-20 hours totalt and it felt good for my body! I decided to deload, so i can start out next week and give it 110%

Deload really been helping, i'm back to my normal sleep level - 7½ hours, which is a good sign that i'm back on track. Besides everything felt pretty easy at the gym today :)

Cant wait til wendesday, then i'm back with insane volume and heavy ass lifting :headbang:
