Today was a good day, i decided to go for Bill starr, he's a smart man and i trust his Heavy/Light/Medium princip. The only negativ thing about it is, that i only train 3 times per week. I would like to go for 5.

Squat is my favor lift.

Bench is my hate lift, but i'm also week and i dont seems to make progress :(

I really dont know what to do, to add more weight at my bench press.

Well since I hate bench press too and I also suck at it. I would suggest just to keep on practising it.

I found heavy DB pressing helped with my bench a lot. Do you have any noticeable flaws in your technique?
