Since I'm still waiting to move into the barracks that have an oven and stove and can't yet cook shrimp or fish or chicken :tear:

3 Packages Bagels (whole wheat)
2 Loafs Bread (whole wheat)
2 Jars Natty Peanut Butter
14 Packages Tuna
14 Packages Ramen Noodles
Bananas
2 Gallons of 1% Milk

That's just the essential stuff, I usually go back and will buy a snack:

Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream
a few boxes of cereal
some candy of some sort, chocolate

Plus I'll order out at least once a week to get either wings or pizza.

I spend about 25-30 dollars on essentials, and an extra 15-20 on the goodies :eatmousepointer:

I've decided that supplement companies are right and I don't need food.

MuscleTech is the only item in my shopping trolley now!

^^ In all seriousness, living in the country we pay more for food (it gets sent from our area, to the city then back again, how is that rational?) and for the two of us we spend about $150pw.

We get all kinds of stuff; but mostly whole foods aside from a block of chocolate or some icecream or something like that.
