Flex was more symmetrical and better proportioned athlete... his Torso to legs length ratio was better than Phils... Flex's V-taper was better than Phils... Phils obliques are not his greatest feature.... the only thing (genetically speaking) Phil has over Flex is super crisp eye-popping tie-in... IMO even muscle bellies (except for bi & triceps) were better on Flex than Phil....
