^Yeah Phil was measured in the unwrapped dvd in it marked 22" and that was shoot in the offseason so Phil most have 21"

So LOK Bro, I was wondering... how come yours dont look 1/10th as impressive as his "21" as you so specifically noted here

measurement don't mean much to me some people could have 22'' arms but full of fat and without any shape or peak or separation.take a look at phil arms in coach avi they look wonderful i don't give a dime if they are 21'' they are just out of this world

TKOL is like 3 feet taller then Phil. A shorter man with equal measurements as a taller man is more impressive and more muscular. Not mentioning conditioning.

According to Muscle and Fitness or Flex (one of those) Shawn Ray's arms measured 18 and thats mine did a when I was training regularly back in the day but they never ever looked half as impressive as Shawns... It all has to do with conditionning and shape of the muscles God gave you!

Obviously the taller and longer you are, the more room you have to fill in to look good. Most bodybuilders today are short and stubby. You very rarely see anyone above 6 feet and longer/arms turn pro. The only person I can think of lately is Sean Allan, and it took him like 15 years.

But anyways, 18 inch arms on 6 foot bodybuilder would look small. 18 inch arms on a 5'6" bodybuilder would look huge. Kinda common sense if you ask me.

partially true... If you took a close up of Shawn/Phil/Ronnie's arms without looking at who they are attached to, theirs would still look way way out of league for ours from the same range!

My arms are only 17'' in my avi but they look huge on my 5'6.5- 5.7 frame.
