Best arms in history?

Biceps: Ronnie
Triceps: Levrone or Flex
Foreams: Priest

Overall: Ronald Dean Coleman. When I read or hear "front double biceps" only Ronnie comes to my mind. Lights out, game over.

In my opinion Heath, Levrone and Sergio all share this one. Priest has great arms too but I do not think he can quite mach the guys I just listed.

Dillet arms were HUGE but that's all. Don't get me wrong, the triceps hanging was great but... compare Ronnie's shots.... in his vids, onstage... wherever you want... you'll see MASS, proportion, ripness, huge nasty veins, biceps peak, overall separation....

You can't beat Ronnie Coleman 98-2003 arms... you simply CAN NOT.


PS: Phil's shape is even better than Ronnie's but... in both double bi shots Ronnie destroys him and everybody.
