Ben- I feel like I am looking okay. I feel flat and have been struggling with some really bad allergies and the sudafed has been throwing me off. I am frustrated with my glutes not quite coming in yet. Today was about a hundred grams of carbs and it was hard. I plan on getting in 200 tomorrow and then start depleting around 80-90 a day. Do you think 200 tomorrow would be a good idea or should I keep it lower?

Tim- One week! I will deplete sunday through Tuesday and then gradually re-feed starting Wednesday. I want to give myself plenty of time to fill out.

Yesterday was a very long day for me with about ten clients. I took in 2500 calories with 50p 25c 25f. Today was about 2300 calories with app the same ratios. Tomorrow I will shoot for about same calories with 45p 35c 20f.

what if you turn you legs outwards(your feet point outwards) and keep your legs completely straight and flex your ass a bit an push your ribcage upwards and outwards a bit (kind of like when they do a Front Lat spread)

The point isn't presentation, the point is that The Creator feels he has more fat to lose or he won't be satisfied with his conditioning. Of course, he can tweak his posing and whatnot on the day of the show, but he still has about a week to go and feels he can do something about the fat he's still carrying. I think that's the better mental approach, as it eschews a defeatist attitude.

Looking great, by the way. Best of luck this coming week, as I'm sure these final few days can't be easy.

^^ Thank you very much and for elaborating on my concerns. While I am sure that my posing is not perfect, I am sure that I need to take some more fat off my glutes before they could appear conditioned to my expectations under any posing circumstance. Thank you all for the support and feed back.
