Alright mates, been 14 days now. Progress has been good since the operations and I slowly feel my power returning.

day one: BW - 72kg
day fourteen: BW - 77kg

I'm still holding a decent amount of water, overall pretty happy with this. My musclebellies look nice and full most of the day. A morningweight of 80kg isn't far away. Bluurrrrp.

Battletoads and Double Dragon was one of the best games ever. Hard as nails. I think I'm the only person who ever beat it.
