#5 KNOW YOUR BODY, THINK IT!
LukeCage-1.jpg

17 + 18

> food intake was stable.

Conventional deadlift packs more bang for your buck in my honest opinion - both in regards of strength and mass. That being said, my kind of bodytype is better suited for the sumo style. I have a long upper body compared to my relatively short femurs. 2010 is SUMO YEAR!

Good man, Gaso - woop! /highfive!
Well one thing I love to do is stand on my face on one of those balls. That just yields amazing amounts of anabolism. Pair it with a gymboss for OPTIMAL RESULTS!
Lol. Nah, I don't use it in any spacey kind of ways, just soft tissue work, especially in my gluteus maximus, sometimes it helps with pinched nerves in my upper back. I've also started using them underneath my feet before squatting and deadlifting, pretty much applying full force. Feels fantastic. Grete Wolfgang representin'. Sitting on orange balls since 1993 :thumbsup2:

Thank thee kindly, El Freako n' Rob :tiphat:

Today I will do some presses.

Of course I haven't forgotten your wall of text Mike :gaysign: I'll do my best to answer tonight, no matter what. Should be around 23'ish. Definitely not earlier.

Short hair is comfy when training, man - you won't regret it.

72kg BW, 1 month old - empty muscle bellies, no pump. Comparison shot, poor lighting. Just prior to getting back into it. Grow you freakishly flat back. GROW!
