Mike Mentzer, one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time, was never one to give up. Mentzer never stopped, even after suffering a catastrophic shoulder injury that may have destroyed his career before it began. Not only that, but when the bodybuilder was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition, he maintained his battle. During his most recent interview, Mentzer discussed his sickness and how he overcame it.
Due to complex cardiac conditions, the bodybuilding industry lost the famous Mike Mentzer in 2001. Despite the fact that Mentzer had never won a Mr. Olympia title, he was regarded as the bodybuilder with the greatest physique.
