Man, i've just done a new PB on deads so pls Scoular update my numbers if you are so kind:

Squat: 135Kg
Bench: 85 Kg
Deadlift: 135Kg
Total: 355Kg

Bw: 82 Kg

Added 5kg to my bench. Even though my best is 65kg x 3 I prefer not to use the 1rm calculator.

UPDATE:


Bodyweight - 54kg
Best Squat - 105kg
Best Bench - 65kg
Best Deadlift - 125kg
Total - 295kg

Wilks - 278.45

so...i haven't beaten my marks BUT i've never counted the bar weight so my numbers are:

Squat: 155Kg
Deadlift: 147Kg
Bench: 97 Kg
Total: 399 Kg
BW: 82Kg
wilks: 268.2876

I'm not that weak uh? lol, you never know... xDDDD

Storm thanks for the update - You move up to 8th place in wilks and 2nd place in your weight group. Great stuff man.

It is now getting harder to place in the wilks top 10.

squat im not sure so i will say at least 225 since im just now starting to work legs.....
deadlift at least 250 though not sure since ive never maxed

Im sure my numbers will go up quick with me just starting to hit legs hard for the first time aswell as deadlifting. Should get stronger on bench aswell as result of leg and deadlift work.

scoular if your wilks total is 273 which i calculated and got the same numbers why does your number on the top 10 chart say 294?

mine came up to 292....so...
