Hey bro.

Imo, drop the incline press and arnold press.

The laterial raise, I wouldn't do in a machine, because it's pretty bad for shoulder health.

Your rep range seems to be mainly 10. I never go over 5 reps myself.

Stay strong!

Why should I drop Arnold press??? I mean, do u think my delt would be correctly pumped dropping that exercice?

Ok, I'll do lateral raises again with a dumbell. I though doing that in machine will help the muscle to grow.

Tnx 4 visiting my log and 4 your tips, dude. :hsughr:

There is basicly no advantage doing that silly twist in the Arnold Press. Have you ever wondered how a twist in the press is a shoulder function? By twisting, the only result you have, is that you use less weight.

I know you're an arnold fan, but sorry, his training idea's sucked imo.

Free weight are pretty much always better and safer than machines.

Ok, the I should do classic dumbell shoulder press instead of Arnold or I should drop that exercice and do not do another in its place???

Tnx 4 tips.
